细圆挂面: 80g, 精盐: 0.5盐勺, 鸡精: 1盐勺, 十三香: 1盐勺, 耗油: 1匙, 烧烤蘸料: 适量
步骤
1准备材料~

2锅内倒适量清水,待水开放入挂面~ 用筷子不时翻动防止粘锅,煮至8分熟~ 煮好放水盆中过一遍凉水~ 捞出控水装盆备用~

3加入精盐,鸡精,十三香,耗油,烧烤蘸料~

4搅拌均匀~

5锅内倒适量油~ 用筷子缠上一圈,卷小卷(太大卷炸时里面不爱炸熟,外面就糊掉了)~ 慢慢放入锅内,转小火炸至~ 炸至金黄色即可~
