小技巧
- 黄花鱼的鳞片一定要去干净,特别是肚子中间的黄色部位 2. 鱼鳃还有内脏要清理干净,不然会很腥 3. 打花刀打奇数刀且不要打到鱼肚子上,不然很容易鱼就碎了 4. 炸鱼的时候要裹面粉!
