1平鱼改刀,用葱片,姜片,料酒,食盐腌制15分钟

2锅中倒入底油,4-5成热时下入大葱白葱段,中小火煎至金黄色,捞出备用,并且倒出一半葱油备用

3锅中留1/2葱油,7-8成热时下入平鱼,煎至两面金黄
