原料
猪肚, 咸菜, 白胡椒粒, 盐, 白胡椒粉
步骤
1猪肚一个

2咸菜半棵

3白胡椒粒

4猪肚正反面都用盐和生粉搓洗两遍;

5白胡椒粒放入猪肚里;

6用牙签封好猪肚开口;

7将猪肚放入电压力锅,与之持平的清水,煲35分钟;

8咸菜洗干净切段,用清水浸泡减淡咸味;

9猪肚煲熟烂后取出,用清水冲去白胡椒粒,再切成条状;

10最后将咸菜和猪肚一起放入煲好的汤中煮10分钟,盐和白胡椒粉调味,即可
