5放入預熱好的烤箱,上下火210度,烤15分鐘

6另起鍋,到煎魚的油,炒香各種配料,加豆瓣醬小火翻炒

7炒配菜,按難熟到易熟的順序放,稍炒一下,醬油糖等調味,不要炒到全熟,之後還要烤的

8烤箱不要關,把烤盤拿出來,配菜連同湯汁倒入烤盤,澆少許料酒或白酒或啤酒(本來想放啤酒,但是家裡啤酒喝完了?),入烤箱,上下210度,烤十分鐘左右

9烤盤裡的湯汁咕嚕咕嚕沸騰時就差不多啦,拿出來,加香菜、炸花生,擠檸檬汁
