1減去蝦須,去除蝦線洗凈

小技巧
1.蒸鍋里的水我用的是開水,開水滾後再將蝦子放進去蒸,大概4分鐘即可,時間過長蝦子太老了 2.中間的香菜也可用西蘭花代替 3.炒大蒜和洋蔥時用小火慢慢炒香,大火容易將洋蔥炒糊
