原料
紫芋頭: 1000克, 糯米粉: 200克, 炸粉: 150克, 香蔥: 100克, 五香粉: 2克, 鹽: 8克, 花生油: 500ml
步驟
1紫芋去皮,洗凈,用刨子把芋頭刨成細絲;

2加入糯米粉、炸粉、鹽、香蔥、五香粉拌均;

5熱鍋,倒入花生油,油溫達到180度,倒入丸子;PS:根據鍋的大小定油量

1.芋頭去皮要戴手套,避免過敏; 2.芋頭要選擇紫色的,會粉,好吃; 3.不喜歡吃軟糯的可以全部用炸粉;
