步驟
1準備好所需食材

2棉糖用熱水熔開50ml,和南乳汁一起,分次倒入麵粉里,不要一下子全部放入喲。麵粉一定要過篩!

3把蒜蓉和蔥花都放入。依次冰肉!花生碎,芝麻等,用筷子拌勻至無粉狀

4把全部材料都放入,再揉成麵糰

5揉出的麵糰像雞肉啵

6把麵糰分成小塊,揉圓,再用手壓扁,儘量壓至越薄越好,烤好後會回縮的。

7均勻塗抹蛋液

8把壓好的餅坯刷上蛋液,放入預熱好的烤箱中,上下火,170度烤至表面金黃。
