高筋麵粉: 100g(20%), 麥芽精: 2g(0.4%), 水: 70g(14%), 鹽: 2g(0.4%), 乾酵母: 1g(0.2%), 高筋麵粉: 400g(80%), 全麥天然酵種: 50g(10%), 核桃仁: 150g(30%), 鹽: 8g(1.6%), 砂糖: 30g(6%), 乾酵母: 8g(1.6%), 全蛋: 50g(10%), 水: 230g(56%), 黃油: 35g(7%)
步驟
1將種麵糰攪拌均勻,放置室溫,發酵3小時備用

2將發酵完成的種麵糰和主麵糰的乾性材料(除黃油外),倒入攪拌機中,加入濕性材料一起攪拌
