五花肉(或瘦肉),地瓜粉: , 米粉: , 綠葉青菜: , 姜蔥: , 花生油,醬油,雞精,鹽:
步驟
1將五花肉切成薄片,加姜泥,鹽,雞精,醬油腌制一會。(今天我又加了海蠣,腌制步驟同五花肉,味道更鮮)

2倒油,蔥頭切小段加入,爆香後將蔥頭油撈出一旁備用

3鍋內還有點油,加入適量醬油,加冷水,燒開

4燒水期間,在腌制好的鮮五花肉中加入地瓜粉,如圖和勻

5水燒開,將腌制好的五花肉一片一片揉進鍋中,等待再次燒開

6水燒開,加入米粉,快熟的時候加入青菜
