1雞蛋加少許雞蛋和涼水打散,煎餅,切為菱形小片 木耳泡發,洗凈切碎塊 豆腐切小塊,類似雞蛋的切法 蒜苗切碎

2炒鍋加適量油,油熱放適量鹽炒下,然後鍋內倒入一湯勺岐山香醋(醋要多,湯要有濃濃的酸味),幾秒後加入適量水,繼續燒開,加入2包湯料,適量臊子肉,嘗下味道,調整鹽味,放入步驟一中的雞蛋,豆腐,木耳和蒜苗適量,湯一直保持滾燙狀態
