7麵糰覆蓋保鮮膜靜置1小時(也可在低溫下冷藏冷凍,這樣能提高薑餅質量)將麵糰擀製成6毫米厚的面胚,用餅乾模具壓出薑餅人

8烤箱預熱10分鐘,200度烤制12—14分鐘即可。(根據個人烤箱調整時間)

9白巧克力隔水加熱,溶化成液體
