原料
低筋麵粉: 90g,E, 紅豆沙餡: 100g,F, 奶油: 15g,A, 綿白糖: 15g,A, 糖粉: 15g,A, 蛋黃: 1個,B, 檸檬汁: 5g,C, 檸檬屑: 10g,C, 細鹽: 1g,D, 泡打粉: 1.2g,E
步驟
1先將奶油、綿白糖和過篩的糖粉放在容器中,攪拌均勻

2加入蛋黃混合,拌勻(加入蛋黃的時候,要慢慢加入哦)

3再分別加入檸檬汁和檸檬屑,攪拌均勻(檸檬可是個好東西)

4最後加入過篩的低筋麵粉和泡打粉,拌勻成團,鬆弛20分鐘。(耐心等待哦)

5將紅豆沙餡分割成8等份,備用(寬窄要一致滴)

6再將鬆弛好的麵糰分割成8等份

7最後用麵糰包住紅豆沙,接口收緊,搓成圓形

8將其放在鋁箔紙上,包折起來,擺入烤盤
