雞腿(雞胸肉一小塊也可以): 1隻, 木耳(泡發好): 幾朵, 山藥: 半根, 青蒜苗: 3根, 油,鹽,生粉,糖,生抽: 適量, 姜,大蒜:
步驟
1所有食材洗凈。雞肉切細條,放少許鹽,生粉,油腌幾分鐘(注意調味料的順序哈)木耳泡好洗凈切細條,山藥切細條,青蒜苗切段,將綠色葉子部分單獨放。姜切小片,大蒜拍碎

2鍋熱放油,下雞肉條炒香後,放入薑片和大蒜炒出香味

小技巧
雞腿肉可以換成雞胸肉,畢竟把雞腿骨弄出來是一件麻煩的事?而且我也不吃雞皮,每次把雞皮丟掉也挺浪費的?不過,把雞皮切細絲後炒一起也還是不錯滴!咱不吃還有別人吃嘛!
