2糯米預先浸泡然後蒸熟,水不要多,否則太爛影響口感

3炒乾果,將芝麻核桃用小火慢炒,炒出香味,由於花生是已經炒熟的,最後放,炒香炒熟後裝盤待用

4在炒鍋中放油將蒸熟的糯米飯炒香,加少量食鹽調味
