步驟
1麵粉中邊加涼水,邊用筷子攪成面絮,揉成麵糰

2和面的時候,我用到了這個加涼水,這樣比較好控制(礦泉水瓶蓋戳個小洞就OK)

3將麵糰醒二十分鐘

4取出麵糰,揉成長條。切成相同大小的劑子。

5將面劑子擀成大小相同的面片

6所有面片表面刷油疊在一起

7正反面擀。擀成大圓餅。

8鋪上蒸布入鍋蒸十分鐘(我家沒有蒸布就沒用)
