1麵粉➕溫水攪拌成團,揉至光滑

2用保鮮膜蓋住常溫放置半小時

3肉剁碎➕生抽➕鹽➕糖➕蔥➕冷開水攪拌均勻放冰箱冷藏半小時左右,可以更久(和好面靜止的時候剛好把肉餡準備好)

4把靜止好的面分成小份,想皮薄就分小點哈,然後開始擀麵皮,待麵皮擀好肉餡也可以用了(忘記拍皮子的照片了)

5然後開始包,包的不咋樣,勉強能看哈
