5準備蘋果肉桂醬,將蘋果去皮,切小塊,鍋內放少許黃油,小火熬蘋果塊,翻攪幾下加入一點點鹽,再翻攪幾下,根據自己喜好加糖

6加糖以後蘋果就易出汁,待蘋果全部軟了以後,根據自己喜好加適量肉桂粉,翻攪幾下後出鍋

7麵糰醒發完成後取出,擀平,放入烤盤,入冰箱,速凍約20分鐘
