7上面在撒蔥段,辣椒,薑片或絲(請忽略我的刀工切薑絲,蔥段可以多撒一些,圖片中家裡蔥用完了,撒少了)

8上面淋上豆畔醬和少許水蓋過魚,蓋上蓋子大火燜煮沸騰,即可關火,大約2分鐘。
