原料
鹹菜疙瘩: 一個半, 肉絲: 看心情, 蒜: 2/3瓣, 辣椒: 看想要辣度, 蔥姜、糖少許料酒少許: , 川麻椒: 六七粒, 老抽、生抽:
步驟
1先把鹹菜疙瘩切成細條,加水泡會,肉絲切好,然後準備麻椒末~因為不喜歡吃麻椒粒,都是熱鍋炒酥後,用擀麵杖碾成末備用~

3準備薑末、蔥末、蒜末和辣椒~

4熱鍋冷油下肉絲,變色後➕料酒翻炒~

5我喜歡肉乾點的,炒的差不多的時候放點老抽繼續翻炒下~

6肉炒好後,推到一邊,放辣椒、蒜末、蔥薑末、麻椒末~炒香
