水油皮部分:水45g, 豬油30g, 中筋麵粉90g, 砂糖8g, 油酥部分:低粉75g, 豬油41g, 粉色素幾滴, 餡料部分:豆沙餡約180g, 表面裝飾部分:蛋黃液適量, 黑白芝麻適量
步驟
1 先來製作水油皮,將配料表中水油皮部分所有材料倒入盆里,用筷子攪拌成絮狀,然後手揉成光滑的麵糰

2 密封放在容器內,冷藏半小時
