原料
螃蟹 200克, 麵粉 30克, 奶油 30克, 水煮蛋 1個, 牛奶 1000毫升, 鮮奶油 2大匙, 麵包糠 120克, 蛋 2個, 鹽 1.5克, 胡椒粉 適量
步驟
1將螃蟹蒸熟後,蟹肉挖出,去除軟骨,水煮蛋切碎備用

2往鍋中倒入奶油加熱,加入材料A的麵粉,炒熟後將牛奶少量多次慢慢地倒入,攪拌均勻成麵糊狀

3待攪拌至有光澤後,加入鮮奶油及作法1的材料和調味料攪拌均勻,盛入盤中攤開,冷卻後放入冰箱充分冷卻

4將作法3分成8-10等分,揉成橢圓形
