原料
義大利面 500g, 意面專用番茄醬 420g, 牛肉餡 200g, 蒜 1.5整個, 洋蔥 1個, 羅勒, 歐芹碎, 鹽, 生抽, 黑胡椒粉, 橄欖油, parmesan 奶酪粉, 糖
步驟
1牛肉餡加歐芹碎,新鮮羅勒碎,鹽,生抽,黑胡椒粉腌制15分鐘以上
