原料
酵母: 6克, 牛奶: 105克, 蛋糕粉: 225克, 色拉油: 45克, 盐: 2克, 小苏打: 1.5克, 葱: 适量
步骤
1先将牛奶倒入酵母里面,混合均匀备用

2将葱取绿色部分切成葱花

3将葱花,蛋糕粉,色拉油,盐和小苏打一起倒入大碗里用硅胶刮刀先混合

4再将牛奶酵母倒入碗里,套个手套抓捏均匀成团,包保鲜膜静置半小时备用

5静置好将面团放硅胶垫上,用擀面杖擀成薄片,建议擀薄一点,烤的时候还会发高一点

6用切面刀切出5×5里面的正方形状,再用叉子在每个正方形薄片上扎小孔洞

7将正方形薄片移到不粘烤盘里,有距离的摆开,烤箱预热上下火170度

8预热好放进烤箱中层,烤10分钟左右表面微上色即可出炉,冷却食用
