8核桃放入锅中小火烘干,扒拉扒拉去去皮和碎末末儿

9准备好要装阿胶膏的容器,先垫上油纸,事先全部准备好,再熬阿胶膏,不然阿胶膏好了手忙脚乱的没有容器装,容易糊锅~

11阿胶如果没全部融化,粘在容器底部的话,可以像我这样,烧一锅温热的水,把装阿胶黄酒的容器放到温水中,用铲子铲一下容器底部,两三分钟就化开了

12我这个冰糖比较大块,一块放里面融化去了

13沾到盆地的阿胶融化了之后,把阿胶黄酒倒入干净的锅中,开小火开始熬吧

14我这个是熬了一个小时左右时候的样子,还没挂旗。熬到挂旗的阿胶膏我觉得比较硬,一般熬到挂旗之前的这种状态我就开始放辅料了,这样也不用着急,可以慢慢放材料,阿胶膏也不会特别硬

15先放大一点的材料,核桃放进去翻搅一小会儿

20放入黑芝麻,黑芝麻一般分两次放,放一次搅匀,再放另一拨

21这是拌匀以后,黑芝麻一定要最后放,最后放,最后放,不然完全搅不动啊

22放入事先准备好的容器,上面再盖一层油纸,然后使劲儿用擀面杖擀平压结实。一定要垫上油纸或者保鲜膜,不然就多抹一层香油,要不然完全没办法脱模啦,啦啦啦
