原料
Butter: 200g, Sugar: 130g, Egg: 3, Flour: 200g, Baking podwer: a few, Lemon skin(yellow): a few, Honey: a few drops, Milk: 60g
步骤
1拿小锅, 入butter融化
2拿大碗A(因为最后所有野要入这个碗), 入sugar+egg, 用打蛋器搅拌均匀(第一次整的时候我用打蛋器打发了*_*)
3融化的butter入碗A(sugar+egg), 边入边mix
4拿碗B(不用太大), 入flour+baking podwer+lemon skin(yellow, white skin is bitter)
5碗B的干料入碗A, 边mix边转碗"you move with the bowl", 有小结团无关系
6入冰箱放1小时
7玛德琳模抹butter, 撒多点面粉, bake13~15min

小技巧
- When mixing, "you move with the bowl" 2. mix后要放入冰箱 照理来说我很喜欢玛德琳, 但它无法符合"心血来潮想马上吃的comfort food"系列, "easy quick yum"恐怕暂时还是chocolate pot称王
