原料
粗面条: 大概半斤, 玉米油: 适量, 葱姜蒜: 适量, 泡菜: 100克, 火腿肠: 2根, 娃娃菜: 适量, 包菜: 适量, 老抽: 少量, 老干妈: 一勺
步骤
1葱姜蒜按扁切丝,火腿切片,娃娃菜包菜切丝,泡菜拿出备用(我用的是袋装的泡菜,切好丝的,一袋200克,大概还剩一半都放啦)

2冷水下面条烧开即沥水冲凉水备用(我放到冷水中了,炒的时候再沥干,怕坨了)

3热锅热油下葱姜蒜,我不吃姜蒜没放,油也放的少

4等冒出香味后下火腿肠,微焦后下泡菜翻炒

小技巧
1.炒菜过程中我没有放盐,泡菜和老干妈的味道足够了,快炒好的时候挑两根面条尝尝味,不行再加盐! 2.蔬菜我觉得都能放,洋葱,胡萝卜,青菜,金针菇,木耳啥的,肉也一样,培根,火腿,金枪鱼,发挥你的想像力!
