面粉: 230g, 牛奶: 113g, 红糖: 30g, 绵白糖: 8g, 酵母: 3g, 燕麦: 26g
步骤
1牛奶加热,倒入红糖和白糖,等糖全化开即可,不需要煮沸,冷却到35度左右倒入酵母混合,备用
