原料
臭豆腐(或老豆腐): 300克, 花生粉: 适量, 竹串: 数十支, 素蚝油: 50克, 酱油: 30克, 素沙茶酱: 40克, 糖: 45克, 胡椒粉: 5克, 冷开水: 200毫升
步骤
1将臭豆腐切成长方块,花生粉取出备用

2将酱料倒入锅中混合,以小火煮沸,待凉;竹串放入水中浸泡备用

7用刀在每块臭豆腐两面轻轻割上一刀入味,放入烤箱

8待豆腐两面烤至香味散发时取出,刷上酱料,翻面再刷上酱料,放入烤箱续烤,此动作反复几次,取出,撒上花生粉,配上泡菜食用
