鸡翅或鸡腿: 适量, 香菇: 适量, 洋葱,青椒: 适量, 葱姜蒜: 适量, 味极鲜、蚝油、老抽、盐、白糖、白胡椒: 适量, 醋: 几滴
步骤
1葱姜蒜油锅内爆香后取出备用,油锅内放白糖熬糖色

2把鸡肉块放入锅内炒出糖色

4放入味极鲜、蚝油、老抽翻炒均匀后滴几滴醋翻炒均匀

5步骤4翻炒均匀后倒入砂锅
