小技巧
如果用吊炉烤:(1)肚子就不用切开,烤出来的形状会更漂亮。(2)要刷脆皮水。脆皮水比例 红醋:白醋:麦芽糖=1:1:1。做法:鸽子洗净,用沸水捞熟,风干(可以用电吹风吹干),脆皮水浇一层,再风干,放入烤箱180度30mins。
