原料
鸡胸肉: 2块, 青椒或尖椒: 2个, 盐: 一茶匙, 淀粉: 一茶匙, 白胡椒粉: 适量, 干红椒: 3-5个, 花椒: 7、8个, 葱蒜: 适量, 料酒: 半瓶盖
步骤
1鸡胸肉切1.5厘米小丁后用淀粉,半茶匙盐和少量白胡椒粉抓匀腌制10分钟

2青椒洗净切块备用

4烧热油至七成,加入几粒花椒略炸至变色,将花椒捞出

5腌制好的鸡丁下锅翻炒,加入少许料酒去腥,炒至锅内鸡丁全部变白色时盛出

6另烧油,入葱蒜干辣椒炝锅爆香

7加入青椒翻炒片刻,喜欢吃辣的可以改尖椒。加入少量水(金钟米饭碗大概小半碗的量,差不多大火两三分钟能收干就可以了),味极鲜酱油,和多半茶匙盐翻炒均匀,盖盖子略焖一两分钟

8最后加入鸡丁翻炒均匀,出锅
