1先做奶油馅:两个蛋黄打入碗中,用电动打蛋器打到颜色变浅变浓稠

2筛入低粉、淀粉

6加入香草精,边加热边搅拌;直到沸腾,变得浓稠后离火

7马上把煮好的蛋乳泥倒入坐在冰水的碗中,不停搅拌,使之保持光滑、细腻;冷却后放冰箱冷藏
