白菜: 1颗, 食用盐: 适量, 梨: 2个, 苹果: 2个, 姜: 1块, 大蒜: 适量, 粗辣椒粉: 250克, 细辣椒粉: 50克, 鸡精: 15克
步骤
1一颗白菜竖切4瓣,每一片叶子细细的抹上一层盐,倒入水末过白菜,腌一天,然后用清水冲洗,(尝一下,太咸的话,就多泡会)沥干待用
