小技巧
1油皮和油酥分别揉好以后就可以开始分割了,植物油无需醒面 2分割完毕,用油皮包裹油酥擀开卷起,再次擀开,卷起 3擀成面片包裹肉馅用虎口收口,收口朝下,表面刷蛋黄液,烤箱预热180度中层20分钟即可(配方中的水分仅供参考,根据面粉品种和吸水性酌情添加。没有低粉的可以换成普通面粉,操作步骤相同) 不过值得一提的是植物油的开酥效果较猪油差不少,但是取材方便不用折腾熬猪油啦
