1整鹅处理干净,下八角茴香烧开水,再把整鹅放下锅,出水去血丝(因为人多,而且这次在乡下,所以搞了两只鹅,而且用柴火煮的)

3锅烧大火,不用放任何东西,直接将鹅倒入锅中翻炒,放入适量盐,以便将鹅炒出水
