原料
排骨: 7-8块, 面条: 一团(大概2两把没有称重), 胡萝卜: 一小根, 料酒: 1小勺, 头抽: 1小勺, 淀粉: 适量, 糖: 1大勺, 酱油: 1大勺, 蚝油: 1小勺, 黑胡椒: 适量, 五香粉: 适量
步骤
1排骨加少许料酒,头抽和淀粉略腌

2锅内下少许油烧热后,下排骨,两面煎至金黄色(其实可以先炒点蒜末之类,但是懒人面省略了哈,喜欢可自行添加)

3下切块的胡萝卜同炒一下

4下冰糖粉或者砂糖。干炒一下,炒出略带焦糖色

5下1小勺蚝油,1大勺美味鲜酱油

6下适量黑胡椒粉,五香粉(约1/2小勺不到)。再加入约1.5杯的水

7煮沸后中小火加盖煮约20分钟,尝下调整味道
