原料
脆内鲩鱼腩: 500g, 盐: 少许, 油: 少许, 酱油: 适量, 蚝油: 适量, 糖: 适量, 料酒: 适量, 蒜: 适量, 姜: 适量
步骤
1将鲩鱼腩洗净,沥干水分后加入油、姜丝、蒜片、酱油、料酒、盐、蚝油拌匀放入冰箱腌一晚

2不粘锅倒入油,放入姜片和蒜头片爆香

3蒜、姜片爆香后,放入腌制好的鱼腩,慢火将两面煎至肉变白色
