原料
鸡蛋: 2个, 料酒: 适量, 葱姜八角花椒: 适量, 酱油: 适量, 肉丸子: 2个, 甜蒜: 2头, 香菜: 少许, 干辣椒: 几颗, 生鸡架: 1只
步骤
1先把鸡架用料酒,葱姜片腌制一下去去味
2把肉丸子切片放好备用

3准备好两颗蛋

8起锅,加热少许油,油热以后关火倒入放有干辣椒的小碟里
