1杏鲍菇的片一定要厚一点,因为煎完以后杏鲍菇会小很多 2油要少放,煎的时候用中火,大火容易糊 3一面煎好后,在煎另一面的时候就开始出水变软,耐心一点煎成金黄 4盐不要多放,酱汁里边有生抽和老抽
