步骤
1全部材料称重准备好,蔓越莓粒稍加切碎;

6把面糊用保鲜膜包住在饼干模里压紧,放入冰箱冷冻30分钟;

7取出冻好的面团用刀切成0.5cm的饼胚;

小技巧
1、黄油一定要软化至可以用手轻轻摁上手指印; 2、蔓越莓干要在面粉搅拌好后倒入搅拌,在面粉前倒入搅拌,会搅拌不均匀; 3、饼胚与饼胚间一定要留有间隙,饼胚在烘烤时会膨胀; 4、饼干一定要放凉吃才会酥脆!
