23盖上锅盖,此时依然大火,约1到2分钟

24再次打开锅盖,放入剩下的面,盖上盖子,继续蒸。先大火,约莫4分钟左右,看到锅边有气冒上来之后,转小火,继续蒸,约莫8分钟

25面熟了,撒上蒜末。开始搅拌
