1青椒,黄瓜洗净,切块。(黄瓜此处没拍图)

2调汁,味极鲜➕一点点白糖(第一次,可以少放点,我觉得放点白糖能分解点辣味,个人理解,哈哈哈)➕蚝油(如果有的话,没有可不加)

3青椒块与调汁搅拌均匀,放到一边

4鸡蛋打散(今天用的鹅蛋,之前都是鸡蛋的呢)

5热锅➕油➕鸡蛋,停一会搅一会^_^

6连汤带青椒倒入锅内(汁少可以加适量水),盖锅,焖一会会。
