原料
高筋面粉 500克 , 鸡蛋两个, 菠菜40克, 盐6克, 水180克
步骤
1 40克菠菜放入搅拌器加入180克水打匀;

2 过滤后得到150克的菠菜汁;

3 容器里放入500克面粉,6克盐和两个鸡蛋;

4 慢慢加入150克菠菜汁搅拌;

5 把面粉揉成一个很干的面团后饧20分钟;

6 把面团分割成两块,用擀面杖压几下,让其变薄点好压面;

7 把压的薄一点的面团放入面条机先用一档反复碾压到成形;

8 把面条机调到两档和三档反复碾压至少5次;

9 在面皮上撒上面粉,两边都要撒;

10 把面皮放入出面口,面条就做好了;

11 做好的面条挂在一个杆子上,放在阴凉处,面条会不断变干;

12 到面条摸上去有点干的时候(5个小时左右)就可以把面条剪断,放在干净的纸或者棉布上,晾放两天左右就可以收纳起来了。
