原料
步骤
1韭菜择好,洗净,切成均匀小段

2准备一锅开水,先下韭菜根,再下韭菜叶,可放少许盐,时间不宜过长

3把焯好的韭菜捞出,放入冷水中浸泡,再捞出,沥干水分。(开水中放盐,和过冷水都是为了保持颜色嫩绿)

4焯好的韭菜放入盘子中,放点蒜片,加2勺糖,少量酱油,适量盐

5锅中倒油烧热,放入干红辣椒段爆香,再加入蒜片翻炒
