15调汁:生抽适量、葱油适量、葱花适量,如果你觉得不够咸,可以放少许盐,拌匀即可

19捞出面条,放到准备好的冰凉水里(水提前放冰箱冷藏会儿)

小技巧
1、葱油熬的时候可以放蒜瓣一起熬,我有时候偷懒不放 2、熬葱油我觉得没那么一定哈,喜欢你就多熬会儿,别让葱彻底糊掉就好。。 3、这次浇汁用的是简单的葱油+少许生抽。。。味道实在太赞了 4、面条不要煮的太烂,有条件的用冰水过,不行的话,凉白开也一样哈
