3肉末盆內打入一枚雞蛋,倒入麵粉,放入蔥末,加入精鹽,雞精,十三香,生抽~

4朝一個方向順時針攪拌均勻,上勁~

5鍋內倒適量油~

6手洗凈抓麵糰,用虎口位置擠出圓團(新手也可以提前將所有麵糰搓圓備用)~

7用湯匙切下去,慢慢放入油鍋內(可以準備些清水,湯匙不時沾沾水就不會沾麵糰了)~

8一個個下入油鍋內,轉小火炸至,不時用勺子推動炸的均勻(火太大,以免外皮炸糊,內里沒熟)~
