1蔥姜蒜,洗好切好,干辣椒花椒洗凈

2雞翅中洗好,正反各切2刀

3鍋內加水,薑片,倒入雞翅中,煮至水開,去血水。撈出洗凈備用

4鍋內倒油,倒入剝好的板栗,煎至變黃,盛出備用。油留在鍋中
5鍋內留油,加入蔥姜蒜,干辣椒胡椒,爆香。倒入雞翅中,正反煎至肉收緊,表面有焦黃

6倒入板栗,加一勺料酒,適量生抽,適量鹽,翻炒均勻

7倒入開水,沒過翅中,加蓋。中小火悶煮30分鐘。再大火收汁。
