1菜花切中塊兒,在鹽水裡泡10分鐘,然後吸干水份

2晾乾菜花,準備好蔥姜蒜、小紅辣椒

3鍋中放油,要比平時炒菜多一些,燒熱後放姜、蒜、小辣椒,中高火炒香

4炒香後放一勺郫縣豆瓣醬,中高火炒出紅油 ⚠️因為郫縣豆瓣醬是鹹的,所以不能太多,一會還要放素蚝油、生抽和美極鮮調味兒呢,都是放一點兒,要不就改咸了

5炒出紅油後加蔥,略炒後加入菜花,攪拌
