豬油: 100g,A, 低筋麵粉: 250g,D, 糖粉: 100g,A, 雞蛋: 2.5個,B, 泡打粉: 5g,C, 吉士粉: 12.5g,C, 蓮蓉餡: 適量, 蛋液: 適量, 椰蓉: 適量
步驟
1先將配方A過篩拌勻

2再加入配方B攪拌均勻

5再將步驟4充分拌勻鬆弛10分鐘

6將鬆弛好的5擀開約0.4cm厚

7在步驟6的表面刷上蛋液

10將步驟9從兩邊向中間捲起
